Online Payment System (OPS)

Q. What is the Online Payment System?

A. Online Payment System (OPS) is a system where you can update  pension contributions for your employees  online and CWPS will collect the money from your bank account.

Q. How will I benefit from Online Payment System?

A. As all transactions are done electronically it will save time and reduce costs by cut down on postage and cheque charge.

Q. Are there fees associated with this service?

A. No. This service is free of charge to all our participating employers.

Q. Do I need to install any software?

A. No, there is no extra software required. All you need is access to the internet and a web browser.

Q. How do I register for Online Payment System?

A. Simply pop us an email at opssupport@cwps.ie expressing your interest in registering or call our dedicated support team on 01-4071488 and quote your Employer ID.

How do I pay for the pension contributions online?

To use our Online System all employers must pay their pension contributions by Electronic Payment Collection.  If you are not already doing this you can download an Electronic Payment Collection form from the Forms section, complete it and send it back to us and we will do the rest.

Q. Can I track my previous payments through Online Payment System?

A. Yes, previous payments through OPS can be tracked under the Previous Submissions page on your online account.

Login / Account Activation

Q. What do I need to log in?

A. To Log in you will need a user name and Password. These will be supplied to you upon registration with our OPS support team.

Q. What is my Employer ID?

A. Your Employer Id is the number you were assigned when you joined the CWPS. This appears on all correspondence you receive from the Scheme.

Q. What is my Password?

A. Your password is a unique code which will be supplied to you when you register to use OPS.

Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my log in details?

A. Please contact the support team at opssupport@cwps.ie

Q. What do I do if I lock myself out of the online service?

A. Please contact the support team at opssupport@cwps.ie

Q. Is my Data Safe?

A. Yes, our Website has been extensively tested for security and is fully certified by Espion Security.

Q. Why should I provide an email address?

A. You need to provide a valid email address so that we can notify you when your next schedule is available to be updated and also when your receipt/allocation listing is available to be viewed online.

Q. What if I don’t have access to the email address I provided you with?

A. If you no longer have access to the email address which you provided us with, please contact a member of our support team at opssupport@cwps.ie  quoting your employer id and give us details of your new email address.
